Day 1 – Goal Setting

The first few days of the 90 Day Challenge is aimed at setting tasks which will help to give you direction and drive in your life.  Many people just survive through their life rather than LIVE their life.  Click play on the below video now to watch the first video of the 90 Day Challenge:

When setting goals it’s important to remember the following:

  1. Set Goals That Motivate You – Don’t set a goal that you think your partner, friends or family want you to achieve set goals that you want to achieve.  You have to remember you live your life not anyone else therefore you must have you happy first!
  2. Set SMART Goals – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time Sensitive goals are the best kind of goals to set.  Remember those new year’s resolutions that you have set but never kept?  Traditionally that is because you have not followed the SMART system for goal setting.
  3. Make An Action Plan – Don’t just set the goal, walk away and never plan on implementing it.  The best kind of goal is the one that has a specific action plan designed to ensure you achieve the goal
